Keyboard and Mouse Shortcuts
Summary
The Template Designer has many keyboard and mouse shortcuts to optimize authoring templates. The tables below list the combinations and their purpose.
Alt Key | Description |

Left arrow | Move cell left |
Right arrow | Move cell right |
Up arrow | Increase cell width |
Down arrow | Decrease cell width |
G | Toggle vertical grid lines display in the cell area |
Left-button | Click a spot on the selected cell to shrink the cell to that right edge position |

S | Save the component. |
Cell Control Key | Description |
---|
A | Select all. |
Left arrow | Select the cell to the left of the current one. |
Right arrow | Select the cell to the right of the current one. |
Up arrow | Select the cell above the current one. |
Down arrow | Select the cell below the current one. |
Clipboard Control Key | Description |

C | Copy the selection. |
X | Cut the selection. |
V | Paste, though browser behaviors may vary. |

Run | Refresh any cached referenced components. |
